You may decline the damage protection package by submitting a full-coverage insurance binder that is approved prior to pickup.

Binder requirements:
• Primary renter listed as the named insured
• Comprehensive and collision coverage
• Coverage dates matching the full rental period
• The rented RV listed by year, make, model, and VIN
• Carrier name, policy number, and contact information included

Important: If the renter carries personal auto or RV insurance, that policy is treated as primary. In the event of a loss, a coverage determination or denial letter from the renter’s insurance carrier is required before any protection applies under its terms.

Deadline: Insurance binders must be submitted at least 72 hours before pickup. If the binder is not approved by the deadline, the damage protection package will be required prior to release.
