Tow Vehicle Requirements
We enforce the 80% tow capacity rule using the trailer’s GVWR (not dry weight). If your setup exceeds that threshold, we may deny release.

Motorhome Rules
Clear expectations up front so there are no surprises after your trip.
Mileage
Included: 300 miles per night rented (accumulates across the reservation).
Additional miles are billed after return.
Tip: Map your route ahead of time so you’re not guessing mileage.
Generator Usage
Included: 6 generator hours per day (tracked by onboard meter).
Excess usage is billed after return.
When you’ll use it: A/C off-grid, heavy loads, or no shore power.

Security Deposits
Deposits are refundable and help ensure the RV is returned in the same condition it left.
$750 Refundable Deposit
Applied to travel trailer reservations. Refunded after post-trip inspection, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning.
$1,000 Refundable Deposit
Applied to motorhomes and toy hauler reservations. Refunded after post-trip inspection, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning.
Damage protection options are being finalized. Until then, deposit and reservation terms shown during checkout apply.
Insurance Requirements
Insurance is required. Options depend on what you rent and whether you pick up or deliver.
Self-Pickup vs Delivery
Self-pickup: insurance must be secured before we can release the RV.
Delivery: insurance requirements are confirmed during checkout and before delivery.
If personal insurance is accepted for your reservation, you must provide an approved binder (proof of coverage) prior to pickup/delivery.
Motorhome Insurance
Insurance is required. Purchase through our provider, or (in some cases) personal insurance may be accepted only with an approved binder submitted in advance.
Travel Trailer Insurance
Insurance is required. Trailer insurance must be secured prior to pickup/delivery.
