Event Delivery Pricing (Why It’s Different)

Event deliveries are not simple point-to-point deliveries. Pricing is based on the time and complexity involved, including:

  • ✔ Restricted entry windows and staging lanes
  • ✔ Security checkpoints and long vehicle lines
  • ✔ Escort requirements or event staff directions
  • ✔ Waiting time to reach placement areas
  • ✔ After-hours or early-morning access
  • ✔ Multi-trip coordination for multiple units
Bottom line: event delivery is priced like a logistics job — not a per-mile delivery.
Permits, Passes & Venue Rules
  • ✔ Renter is responsible for required venue permits/passes (camping permits, vehicle passes, etc.).
  • ✔ Please provide access rules and delivery windows in advance.
  • ✔ If the venue changes access policies, the plan (and pricing) may change accordingly.
Festival Use Rules (Damage Prevention)
  • ✔ Do not move the RV with slides or awnings out.
  • ✔ Do not force slides, awnings, or jacks — stop and contact us.
  • ✔ Awnings must be retracted in wind (wind damage is common).
  • ✔ Keep roof access off-limits unless explicitly approved.
