Operation Recreation Camper Rentals
Pickup & Return Times
Pickup Window:
Pickup is typically available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, based on availability.
- Pickup times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance
- Please contact us prior to booking if you need a specific pickup time
Return Time:
All RVs must be returned no later than 4:00 PM on the scheduled return date.
- Late returns may result in additional charges
- Extended use without approval may be charged as an additional rental day
Driver Eligibility
To rent or operate any RV from Operation Recreation Camper Rentals, the primary renter and any approved drivers must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
- Must maintain current personal auto insurance
Prep & Sanitation Fee
A required prep & sanitation fee applies to every rental. This fee ensures the RV is:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized
- Fully inspected before departure
- Propane tanks filled and ready for use
- Stocked with essential kitchen and household items
This fee is mandatory and not affected by rental length.
Insurance Requirement
Insurance coverage is required while the RV is in your care.
- Insurance rates vary by RV and are displayed on each listing
- Coverage is billed per rental day
- You may submit an approved insurance binder from your own provider in place of daily coverage if accepted in advance
Required insurance/protection options are selected during checkout. If renter-provided documentation is required, instructions will be provided after booking and must be submitted prior to pickup.
Delivery Options
Delivery is available to:
- Campgrounds
- Private properties (where permitted)
- Event locations
Delivery includes:
- Drop-off and pickup
- Setup and breakdown
- Waste tank dumping
- Delivery-related insurance coverage
Delivery pricing and availability vary by location and are calculated during checkout.
Towing Requirements
Renters towing a travel trailer or toy hauler must meet minimum tow vehicle requirements.
- We follow an 80% tow capacity rule
- Your vehicle’s maximum tow rating must exceed the trailer’s GVWR by at least 20%
- Proper hitch, brake controller, and tow equipment are required

Fuel & Generator Use
Motorhomes:
- Motorhomes must be returned with a full fuel tank
Toy Haulers with Onboard Generators:
- Fuel stations must be returned full
- Generator usage limits are enforced for all units equipped with onboard generators
Mileage Allowance
All motorhome rentals include:
- Unused miles do not carry over beyond the total rental period
- Usage beyond the included allowance may result in additional charges
Pets
Dogs are allowed in select RVs with prior approval.
- Pet approval is required before pickup
- Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in additional charges
