What’s your cancellation policy?

We get that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work:

  • If you cancel 14 or more days before your trip, we’ll refund your deposit minus a 4% credit card processing fee.
  • If you cancel within 14 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of pickup, the entire rental amount (deposit + balance) is non-refundable.

Reach out as early as possible if something comes up — the sooner we know, the more options we may have.

When is payment due?

Here’s how our payment schedule works:

  • 20% deposit is due at booking if your trip is more than 7 days away.
  • If your trip is within 7 days, we charge the full rental amount at booking.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) is charged automatically 7 days before pickup to the card on file.
  • Your security deposit is charged the morning of pickup.

Easy and automatic — no surprises.

What are the requirements for my tow vehicle?

Safety is our top priority.

You’re responsible for ensuring your tow vehicle is rated to tow the trailer you reserved. We do not allow towing more than 80% of your vehicle’s maximum tow capacity.

If you arrive and your vehicle can’t safely tow the trailer, we unfortunately can’t issue a refund — so double-check your specs before pickup. If you’re not sure, we’re happy to help you confirm.

What’s included with each rental?

Each trailer includes the equipment needed for safe function and a clean, ready-to-go setup.

Trailer gear includes:

Weight distribution hitch & anti-sway, levelers, chocks, stabilizing pieces, dump hoses, freshwater hose with filter, electrical cord, and surge protector.

Prep Fee (required) includes:

  • Thorough interior and exterior cleaning
  • Pre-trip safety and system inspection
  • Pre-filled propane tanks (no need to refill at drop-off)
  • RV-safe toilet paper and paper towels
  • Environmentally safe cleaning supplies
  • Fully stocked kitchen setup (cups, bowls, plates, cutlery, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker + filters)
  • Outdoor setup with 4 camp chairs and one small camp table
Optional Bedding Add-On

Freshly laundered bedding is available as an optional add-on if you prefer not to bring your own.

Bedding packages include clean sheets, blankets, pillows, pillowcases, and mattress protectors for applicable sleeping areas.

What’s included with delivery?

Delivery is a great option for renters who don’t want to tow.

  • We deliver, level, stabilize, and connect to available utilities at the campsite.
  • You’ll get a thorough walkthrough of the trailer’s features and amenities.
  • On pickup day, we break everything down so you can focus on your belongings.
  • Need to leave early? Tell us ahead of time — we can arrange a lockbox for key return.

When a trailer is delivered and remains stationary, it can eliminate the need to purchase daily insurance or provide an insurance binder (depending on your booking/setup).

Do I need to dump the tanks?

Yes. Unless you select prepaid dumping at checkout, you are responsible for emptying the gray and black tanks.

How does coverage work?

All rentals must be covered by either our Collision Damage Protection plan or an approved insurance binder submitted in advance.

For most renters, we recommend selecting Collision Damage Protection during booking. This helps cover collision-related physical damage and theft, and limits max out-of-pocket responsibility to $1,000 for covered claims (depending on unit type).

If using your own insurance, you must provide a valid insurance binder prior to pickup listing the rented RV and including comprehensive, collision, and liability that meets our requirements. All binders must be reviewed and approved before your rental begins.

In the event of damage or theft, claims may first be reviewed under the renter’s personal policy (if applicable). If denied or limited, Collision Damage Protection applies according to its terms.

For full details, visit our Collision Damage Protection, Insurance & Binder Requirements page.

What happens if I damage the trailer?

Accidents happen — we don’t want you to ruin your trip with stress.

  • If something breaks, call or text us as soon as possible.
  • Send pictures if you can — it helps us plan the fastest, most cost-effective repair.
  • When possible, we fix things in-house first to avoid dealership pricing and downtime.

The sooner we know, the more we can do before you return.

What is the pet policy?

We allow dogs only.

  • Maximum of 2 dogs per RV
  • Rules may vary by unit listing

We keep the limit to reduce damage risk and keep units clean for all guests.
